This residential house is located at Vahakni Residential Community and its axis is situated toward Mt. Ararat. The building’s 3 facades face neighbors and the street therefore they feature a parametric alignment. This allows for noise absorption and reduction, controls the amount of light entering the home as well as acts as a privacy screen. The 4th side of the building, which faces Ararat features floor to ceiling glass doors and large balconies. The backside of the building receives a large amount of natural light because the backyard is lowered by a complete floor.
